Cancellation / No-Show Policy

We understand that things happen in life that may force you to change your plans. If it is necessary to cancel or change an appointment, we require notice 48 business hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. Failure to extend this courtesy to us results in charges being posted to your account. First time cancelled or missed appoint will receive a charge of $50.00 on account and is due prior to scheduling the next appointment. Second time cancelled or missed appointment will incur a charge of $200.00 per hours for every hour that was scheduled to their account and no further appointments will be made until the individual/family account balance is paid in full.

ANSWER: If you have dental insurance, we will file any necessary pre-treatment estimates as required by your carrier. Your co-payment is payable at the conclusion of your visits. If you are interested in the details of which dental insurance we accept, please contact us.

QUESTION: What Forms Of Payment Do You Accept?
ANSWER: Payment for services is expected at the conclusion of each appointment unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept: Personal Checks, Cash, MasterCard, Discover, Visa and American Express

QUESTION: Are There Any Hidden Costs?
ANSWER: No. We do our best to outline all costs up front for each and every patient.
